The house is one of Mindelo's oldest houses and is perfectly located on a quiet residential street, just a few meters from the People's Palace and the cafés, restaurants, bars and shops of Rua de Lisboa. Casa Colonial has nine large double bedrooms (6 with 4 king size beds + 3 large single rooms).
